CAMERAS

Olympus OM-1n, Jitra 2009

When I was using Canon AE-1 in the early 80s, my friend had an OM system. I was amazed with the compact size and the ease of use of this model back then. I finally laid my hand on this one in 1990. Bought it pre-owned after the seller found the SLR was rather bulky and decided to go for a lighter compact. This is the exact lens that comes with the camera and I started leaving my AE-1 at home after a few rolls of beautiful copies. I loaned it to a friend now I have the camera back and kicking. I still enjoyed the compactness of this beauty compared to my DSLRs. Found myself some old PX625 batteries recently and now with the meter working, it is more than ready to hit the street.

I also find that this Olympus hardware resource page very useful.

Make Olympus your wallpaper.
